• Store information: store name, logo, subdomain, custom domain, business details
• Billing information: subscription plan, payment history, transaction records

3.2 Data from Your Customers

When customers place orders on stores powered by Algerify, we process the following on your behalf:

• Name, phone number, and delivery address
• Order details, product selections, and order history
• Device and browser information

You, the merchant, are the data controller for your customers' information. Algerify acts as a data processor, handling this data solely to operate the platform on your behalf.

3.3 Usage Data (Automatic Collection)

When you or your customers use the Service, we automatically collect:

• Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages
• Operating system
• Referring URLs and search terms
• Unique device identifiers and diagnostic data

On mobile devices, we may also collect device type, mobile operating system, and unique device identifiers.

3.4 Third-Party Authentication

You may sign up or log in using third-party accounts (such as Google). When you do, we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We only use this information to create and manage your Algerify account.

• Authentication: Clerk (account management and login)
• Shipping providers: Yalidine, ZR Express, and others (to create shipping labels and track deliveries for your orders)
• Hosting and infrastructure: Railway, Neon PostgreSQL
• Analytics: to understand platform usage

Business Transfers

If Algerify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
